Hi April,
I am so sorry that you are going through this tough time right now. I am glad to hear that your mom was such a wonderful support for you last night though.
You said that you were hospitalized before and it was helpful. Can you remember any specific things that were most helpful in your recovery? Maybe there is something that you can recall from your past success that will help to get you started back on the road to recovery.
I hope that you are having a better day today and that you are feeling stronger. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Hugs,
Peg
Hi April,
Well, you aren't alone when you are here, and I hope that you will come here often to talk and receive support. It really does help a whole lot. It can make a huge difference - something that I know from personal experience.
Peg asked you a very important and interesting question ~ is there anything that you remember from your hospital stay that you found helpful which you could implement now?
Are you seeing a therapist or a specialist now?
Hugs,
Krissy
Krissy, thank you for your wonderful response :)
