OK, so my living situation is that I share a house with two other girls while we finish up our last year of school. We are all 22 and have all had previous eating disorders. While since high school we have recovered I think both my roommates are relapsing, which 1, is obviously not good for them, and 2, not good for me either because i don't want to relapse. Both of them hardly eat and I don't know what to say. I know both of them are trying to lose weight and I think this is how they are doing it. One only eats one meal a day and sometimes it is just a Luna bar and the other only had 2 eggs for dinner last night. So, obviously there is a problem but I am not quite sure how to talk to them. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank You

Hi there christina diane, welcome to the Ed board!

Sorry I did not see this, I will have it moved to the General Discussions folder.

I would maybe get everyone together and have a discussion about how things are going in general, without discussing food or weight.

For yourself, it

thanks for the advice. I still see a psychologist occasionally. Like once or twice a year. I might start going once a month or so to avoid any relapses.
