Hi everybuddy,


You know, we're all really good at helping and supporting others in their time of need.  We understand.


This weekend.  When you are in a rough spot of any kind, try to imagine how you would feel, and what you would say to help, if it were happening to someone else.


Then give these things to yourself.  Realize that you are just as valuable as the next person.


What happens?


I look forward to seeing what you all have to say.  I am going to take part in this too.

I did this just last night actually. I wasn't doing so great yesterday, I dont know why, but these passed few days my emotions have been ALL over the place. So of course, I guess it was only a matter of time before they went into places they hadn't been in a long time. But I tried this, to tell myself what I would have said to someone else...and it really helped! I felt so much better afterwards! Now if I could just figure out why I'm so darned emotional I'd be a lot better, lol!

Part of it I think is simply being a woman, tho you might have some kind of undiagnosed condition, or just need someone neutral to talk to, like a therapist.
