Feeling better

I'm sorry that I haven't been around for the last couple of days. I've been really busy with my job and my graduate work. I got to go out to the barn and ride my favorite pony yesterday, though, and that has helped my state of mind considerably. :-) I also went for a nice, long walk today. I've found that exercise helps my body image. I just feel more confident about myself when I exercise regularly. Is that true for anyone else?

Anyway, I just wanted to thank everyone for being so supportive. :-) It is nice to be a part of a community where other women understand what I am going through.

So glad to hear that you are feeling better. Not everyday is easy but you need to keep pushing forward with the knowledge that you are able to have good days like today!

I know exactly what you mean about the exercising helping with confidence. I was on exercise restriction for a very very long time. When I finally got the ok to continue, it made me feel like they had enough trust in me to make sure I didn't take it too far. For me, exercise is a privilege and I definitely don't take it for granted. It makes me feel like I'm doing something good for myself.

Remember, no matter how busy you are - you must take the time to take care of yourself.

Hey I just read this, so glad to hear you had a better day.

For me, exercise is part of taking care of myself.
