Isn't that how the saying goes? So we picked another donor. We loved her profile. She resembled me as a child. Not a lot, but she could pass as a combo of me and DH. We really loved the fact that she cycled twice w/my RE and both were successful. So now we just wait to confirm that she's on board. Fingers crossed that this is the one!

Amber! Wow, that sure was fast! It's so great that you love her, too! Had you never been sent her profile before or what? Had you seen her before? It is SO awesome that she has 2 successful cycles, too- that part is PHENOMENAL. I'm excited to follow your journey!!

No we hadn't seen her profile before because originally I wanted only brown hair and brown eyes (she has blue eyes). But we opened up our parameter because since DH is brn/brn most likely any child we had would be too. And there weren't many brn/brn donors for some reason!

I'm all in favor of a proven donor, and I'm keeping my fingers and everything else crossed for you that this is finally it!

Best wishes,

After too many failed natural cycles to mention, discover that previously clear tubes have become blocked after surgery to remove fibroids (however, no more fibroids). Decent FSH for 40 year old
