So sorry to hear this, Amber. I HATE not being informed and I HATE it when people don't communicate properly. If I were you, not only would I talk to the doctor, but I'd tell the nurse and the coordinator what your expectations are. YOU are the customer and YOU are the one paying THEM. So regardless if they have any informaiton or not, if you leave them a message, they owe you a call back.
Have you ever asked them if they have email? I know that my nurses always respond really quickly via email. Maybe try that route and see if things get better?
