BFN, high temps, no AF, now what?

my temp is still elevated but BFN today on the HPT. Gheesh! This is so frustrating. So I guess I'll wait until it's officially 1 week late before calling the RE? My period was due last Thursday. I'm not sure exactly when I ovulated but I'm a 28 day gal and even though I did travel the week of ovulation I am pretty sure I had EWCM 2.5 weeks ago. Anyone have thoughts??

Hi Carolyn,

There is still hope for a positive I think.

I just feel like an idiot. I mean in the grand scheme of things I'm only a few days late but of course wanting so badly makes it seem like forever and that is frustrating. I am just convinced they will tell me to wait but I will call them tomorrow. I don't want to call while at work (there is no privacy anywhere but in my car) so I'll call tomorrow and who knows, maybe AF will show. So you think it could be a cyst preventing AF?

yes, the BFP would be the best outcome. I think now I'm nervous if it's not a BFP then is it something that will interfere with our transfer we want to do next cycle? I just got a job that actually pays for fertility treatments but I've had to wait 60 days for it to be effective (Aug 1) and they just announced they are changing the plan for September enrollment so they might get rid of this benefit (it is a cost reduction decision) before I can even use it! ugh - just goes to show we're not in control here. :)

thanks ladies...you keep me sane!

Christine - how are you doing? everything o.k.?
Spencer - you still amaze me that you get on here, have two small children, a husband, and a job. :)

LOL, you've caught me at particularly good times, apparently ...

I'm still on maternity, so work isn't an issue yet (though actually I often have more time to post at work than at home ...)

Over the weekend DH is home and thus can occupy DD1, and today she was at daycare.

Ugh...just when you think you've got one up on them, they pull it away!

I am glad to hear you are doing well. The GD seems like a controllable issue and what is one more shot when you've had as many as we have?! :) I hope next u/s you get to see the little one to know if it's a girl. I'm just so thrilled you have finally made it to this point. Take it easy and enjoy this!

p.s. AF showed last night full force...oh well, at least I know there is no cyst and I can start in 4 weeks! I just made my acupuncture appt today and I am going to get myself ready to make this final frozen transfer a success!

Well, Carolyn, while a "freebie" would have been nice, I guess it was just your body throwing one last shot at you ;)
