Hugs hon!
I would keep it simple.
Lots of places do or will deliver.
Ask your mom what she would like or if she wants can she leave it up to you.
Think of it as an amazing gift you can give and share with your mom, help to eliminate her stress.
Do you have any family...grandmother, aunts, sil or close friends of your moms you can call on to help you and give you their welcomed guidance.
Just try not to stress out, maybe you can enlist some of your friends to help out.
Have a Saturday you get together and bake and maybe you can take turns and do this at each others houses...how cool.
If shopping is overwhelming for your mom...gift cards are great...or are either of you crafty? (craft-minded)
What about your friends maybe cousins other family members, making things can be a wonderful way to celebrate Christmas.
Anyways hope this helps hon.
One year my dd and I made Christmas presents.
We made jewelry for family and friends...it was awesome!
Sometimes we even took our goodies and would get a tea or hot chocolate and make them in our local coffee shop.
It was fun we got to spend time together it helped us because it wasn't expensive and it was a very personal gift because we had made it.
Hope you aren't too stressed out sweetie, take care!
