Chemo therapy is making me overweight

Good morning,
I'm Karen and this is my first time to post on this board. I feel privileged to find you as there seems to be plenty of care and support here.
I hope you don't mind me being sort of mundane this morning. I've spent another night of not getting enough rest because of pain that could be caused by any number of chronic illnesses that plague me plus NHL. I'm always in pain from something.
Judging from the Health and Diet board and their weight guessing for my height, I'm a couple of pounds overweight. I think it's chemo wearing me out. There's not any energy to workout even though I don't eat much. Could that be? Most of everything I shove in this mouth tastes metallic and nasty except ice tea and coke. I try to do pilates and yoga but the simple act of stretching makes me want to cry so I've cut the workouts down from 45 minutes daily to about 20 minutes every other day. The same with walking - about 20 minutes daily. That's probably pushing it, too.
Oh well, I just wanted to introduce my self and say good morning. I pray everyone is having a better, less pain day.
Take care,
Karen

Hello Karen
I think you are doing quite well if you are managing to do exercise.
Thank you Philly,
