Is a Tumor the cause of my Seizure's?

I am a 25 year old man with a family of four and soon to be five. In November of 2006 I was in a bad car accident and almost died. since then I have had increasing health Problems. I have all but lost feeling in my feet and have reduced feeling from my pelvis down. I have non-stop headaches that are worse in the morning, I have started stuttering, I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and hypogonadism my hormone levels indicate that my brain for what ever reason is not telling my testicles to produce testosterone, I am having memory problems, concentration problems, I am always exhausted, sometimes I feel as if I am conscious but my body and my brain are not working together and it takes all the will power I have to get my body to listen to me. Recently within the past month I have been having very sharp pains by my left ear and eye. The pain in my eye goes all the way to the back of my head and feels as though someone is sticking me with a very long needle and moving it around, the pain in my ear feels the same but the pain is vertical. Around the same time that I told my wife about this she noticed that I am having what appear to be Seizures at night in my sleep that last for about 30 seconds. she says that my entire body starts shaking I start making a strange sound and she waits until it stops then wakes me up. when  she wakes me I am coherent but agitated and obviously exhausted but that could be nothing because I do this in my sleep so of course I am exhausted. Am I having Seizures? can Seizures occur at night? I am really scared that I may have a Pituitary Tumor, I am only 25, I have a wife and children who need me, what can I do, am I worrying over nothing or am I right to be worried about this?  Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know Tumors can cause Seizures as well as all these other problems I have, I want so bad to be wrong about this but all my symptoms seem to point to a pituitary tumor. If there is anyone that knows about this stuff Please tell me what you think. As much as I doe's not want to have a Tumor I would much rather have it and know I have it then have it and not know because the sooner you treat it the better. My doctor doesn't know much of anything I have asked him about half a dozen different health questions and gotten the wrong answer from him and the only reason I know he gave me false information is because I asked two other doctors who I see on a not so regular basis and they both gave me the correct answer as opposed to my Primary's false answer and explained to me why the answers where what they where. Anyway I would be very grateful for any Information, or insight anyone may have, Thank you.

Thank you for sharing your story with me. I am sorry for what happened to your mom. My Doctor has agreed to send me to a neurologist so I will let you know as soon as I know anything. Thanks again -Shawn-
