Is this other Roll Call the old one? (m)

What in the world happened? These new boards s*ck sometimes!! (am I allowed to say that w/o getting in trouble? hehehe). Is the one that only says "Roll Call" without the date just the old Roll Call that someone posted to, so it got brought up? That stinks. We DEFINITELY need to keep the dates on the Roll Call headings so we know! How confusing!!
