Back to work, drop pumps?

Tomorrow I return to work after 7 great weeks at home. First, if you all have any suggestions on how to handle this, please let me know, because I tear up just thinking about it. I love my job, but leaving DS at the daycare will be very difficult.
I have a question about dropping pumps. Is it too early for me to cut back? I've been pumping 7 times a day, for about 38 ounces. I have noticed that I seem to be pumping a bit more over time, sometimes getting over 40 ounces lately. Seems like I'm still incleasing the amount of milk I make, so perhaps cutting back now isn't a good idea. But, I though I'd ask anyway. I'd love to drop that mid-night pump now that I'm loosing my nap time! Also, for those who have dropped that mid-night pump, is your early morning pump making up for the missed pump at night? I pump about 7 ounces at 1:30AM and 7 ounces at 6:00AM. Does that mean I'd be pumping 14 ounces at 6 if I dropped that nightly pump? That seems silly, I don't know if my breasts can hold 14 ounces!!! But, for those of you who pump over 5 ounces from a breast during a pumping session, do you switch out bottles when one gets full or have you found larger bottles?
Thanks for reading. This board has been such a great help already. Since joining you, I've gotten rid of plugged ducts, increased my milk supply, and have felt 100% better! I hope you all have a great week!
