I currently pump 3 times a day- typically 645am, 330pm, and 11pm. I want to go down to twice a day- ideally 645am and 11pm- but not sure how this would work. What is your schedule like a twice a day?

Forgive me in advance for not answering your question here as I am at 4x/day. But when I go to 2x/day it will be 7:30am/5:30pm on days I work (night nurse) so I can quit pumping at work.

Did you lose ounces when you went to 3x/day? I am going to drop on this Thursday. 12:30am,8:30am,4:30pm
I currently pump 40 oz/day. I really need it to drop. I know I could just cut my pumping time but I fear clogs and mastitis as they have plagued me before.

I pump twice a day about 12 hours apart.

I pump approximately 12 hours apart... usually around 9 and 9 (I'm a SAHM so it's easy to do) for 45min a piece.

I get about 16oz a day at 2 pumps right now, and I feel like it may drop more on its own.

I pump 2x a day between 8-9am and between 8-9pm. I pump until I get my usual 15 ounces. My LO eats 25-30 a day and he's 7.5 months old. I loved going down to 2x. It was a pain doing that middle of the day part. My supply dropped slightly but I was a HVP with about 500 ounces in thefteezer that needs to be used.

i pump around 6:45 pm and 7:45 am. it does move around a bit depending on the day. i used to pump 40 mins each but now that i am weaning i am down to about 25 minutes.

I just sat down this morning and mapped out my plan for going from 3 pumps to 2.

Twice a day pumping is great but I had to stop recording my output because it dropped to 500 cc/day over time. I hope to wean by the end of the month. I pump for 60 min/day
