How to wean completely??

I have a question for all of you experienced retired Epers.
I am down to pumping evry 36 hrs now, and I get about 3 oz at a time. How do I stop completely? cold turkey? or should i gradually increase ntervals? every 48? 72 hrs? until when? How true is old wives tales about cabbage leaves in your bra? :)) TIA

I'm also pumping every 36 hours or so :) and I have no idea what do now so I may be no help at all :D

all you need to do with the cabage leaves is .. put then in the fridge to get cold.. make sure they are not the dark leave one.. just regular cabage. then at night or day time.. put a large one in your bra.. onthe sides and around the nipploe area.. walk around wiht it all day and then change them like every 4 hours.. that should work.. if you want to stop ,k then stop pumping.. your still stiulating your boobs and telling your body to make milk.. if you feel you will get engorged then .. just hand express the milk out , do not pump at all..
Since you're pumping so far apart, I'd just stop and see what happens.
I hand-expressed for about a week after I stopped pumping.
