Painful lumps after HUTH, what to do?

Hi all!
I haven't posted before here but this board has been so valuable to me. My baby is only 10 weeks old but for various reasons I have decided to stop pumping. I've been decreasing the # of pumps slowly and was just doing one time a day (and only getting one ounce) this week, then yesterday I didn't do it at all.
My breasts are still lumpy and painful though. I know before, that if I felt I had a clogged duct, I would just pump and that would help. So my question is, do I still need to pump once a day to make the lumps go away? Or will they eventually go away if I stop completely? I really want to just be done with all of it, but I'm also scared of breast pain!
thanks!!
Nicole

I weaned cold turkey after attempts to cut back and cut out lead to infections so I'm a bit different, however, I did have small lumps that were hard to the touch and tender, but not red or warm to the touch.
