Help with weaning

I was at a place yesterday where I couldn't pump. I pumped at 930 AM and then 7 PM. I usually pump 4-5x times a day and never in the night. Well after pumping for 30 mins this morning, I got not enough .5 ox from lert and 2 oz from right. I was getting ready to quit anyway, so I guess now is the time....

What do I need to do?
