Drying Up?

I was wondering if any BTDT moms had any advice on drying up? I'm officially ditching the pump on the 25th because I will have enough milk in the freezer to last until her birthday or longer and then I'll start doing whole milk with ratios, etc.

So, back to my point! I was wondering if any of you ladies had any tips or home remedies on making it less painful. I'm dropping one pump a week until that Sunday, I know to keep plenty of ice packs and cabbage on hand. Is there anything else?! TIA!
