help, only an ounce!

I am seriously worried today. My first pump of the day I got 3 ounces and every pump after that (every 2 hours) I got only drops on the bottom of the container. My most recent pump I only got an ounce. I had to dip into my very small freezer stash.
I don't know what to do! I can't lose my milk because of Jacob's reflux, he does not tolerate formula well.
I should mention that it is day 14 of my cycle and I should be ovulating today, this is around the same time that I had a drop last month except it wasn't this drastic. I am taking fenugreek (3 capsules, 3 times a day) and a cal/mag supplement with no results from either.
I am scared now.
What do I do, or is this a loosing battle?

I do not pump at night because Jacob nurses at night. But when he has a long stretch (6 hours) I will pump in the middle of it. But it hasn't happened lately.

Geez Christy, I don't know what else to tell you ... it sounds like you maybe having a severe supply drop related to ovulation and menstruation hormones.

Some of the women did say they lost up to half their supply with AF.

I just thought of something..... How many times is your DS eating at night? Do you think he is satisfied when he is done or is he only getting an ounce or 2 and then going to sleep. I am not sure but maybe in addition to your AF maybe your DS is not emptying you effectively and therefore your body is lowering your milk production. Also your pump have you checked to make sure the white membranes (if you have the one that has them) are in tact and are working effectively. Is the suction effective with the pump? I know sometimes I had a problem and had to change position or massage better or start from the beginning again when I had something wrong. Take warm showers, massage your BB, try to add a pump in the daytime even if it doesnt yield much milk. I hope things get better for you. Just think you have been able to provide BM for your DS for this long and you should be proud of yourself. If all this does not work how about going to a lactation consultant. They could possibly help you.
