Pump for the same duration each time?

That depends on how often you're pumping and if they're even spaced out or not.

If you pump 8xday you'll generally want to pump for 15-20 min or 5 min past when your milk stops flowing-whichever is longer.

The fewer pumps you're at the longer you'll normally have to pump to empty.
