hi everyone,


i recently started pumping because i had developed a breast mastitis, thrush and abscess. Also, because my supply had bottomed even prior to all this. When i first started pumping, I was making about 1 oz from right and 10 ml from left. which was very disheartning, but now i am up to 2 oz from right and

How old is your baby? I am 11 weeks pp and I make over 40oz a day but this is my second time to EP so I think both me and my body are better at it this time around. Make sure you are pumping about 7-9 times in a 24 hour span. Your milk will increase if you do that and drink lots of liquids. You also need to pump for at least 20min and then as your milk increases you might need to go up to 30min but I really wouldn't go past that much
