supply fluctuating & need encouragement

I am a first time mom to a 3 week old. I breastfed her exclusively for the first 2 weeks until she began vomiting so badly I had to mix my breast milk with formula for acid reflux. So, for the last week and a half, I have been exclusively pumping for her. When I began pumping I could get about 7 to 7.5 oz total for each pumping. I was pumping about every 4 hours (except at night when I did not pump). Now, (a week and a half later), I am only getting about 2 to 5 oz each pumping despite pumping every 3 hours and once during the night. I am so discouraged because I am so scared that my milk is drying up despite my efforts to maintain/increase my supply. I have so many questions I am not sure where to start. I have read that increasing my pumpings per day will help. Is it better to pump more often or for more time? For instance, I currently pump every 3 hours or so for about 20-30min. Would it be better to pump every 2 hours for 10 min? Does anyone have any suggestions?
