Hi, I had the same problem with my baby when he was a couple months old.

My hubby and I took our baby to the ER when he was five weeks old b/c of his terrible gas....the ER doctor said that many moms have success with gripe water.......you might want to go online and find a good gripe water.....it does wonders for my now 3 month old son.....I originally purchased Baby Bliss Gripe Water from Walgreens.....but there was a recall on that one recently so I stopped using it.....there are lots of different brands of gripe water on the market......I am currently using Woodward's, it works, but it has sodium bicarbonate in it and I think it makes my little guy spit up.....I asked around and I am gonna try Colic Calm....it's expensive though, but I hear that it works well.

Try Mylicon and moving their legs like a bicycle exercise. It works wonders!

mylicon doesn't help at all for us, but we do bicycles, it helps, but it takes awhile.

The pediatrician told me to try not drinking milk for a few days that maybe it was an allergy, but he can drink formula all day and have no gas.

Hmm..what about a warm bath?

Or using a rectal thermometer to ease some pressure?

Have you introduced any solids yet? Prunes or prune juice does wonders!! I had to give that to my babe before I was ready with solids. She was quite gassy as well.

Gently massaging her tummy?

Tristan is barely three months so i haven't tried any solids and i don't think his doctor would recomend it. Warm baths do help and so do tummy rubs, but very temporarily and a rectal thermometer didn't help him poop either although that has gotten better on

You could try changing the baby bottles. Try using the playtex bottles with the drop-ins. They are suppose to help with causing less gas in the babys tummy and such.
