I am into my 6th week of pregnancy and normally suffer from bad sinus. With the pregnancy i feel like it has gotten worse. Today, I coud not take the misery anymore ( He had trashed everything that could tempt me from the medecine cabinet)..

DO NOT WORRY:) Regular Sudafed that you do not have to get specifically from the pharmacist is fine. My OB does not ok many meds but does allow Sudafed. Double check with your particular OB, but I have taken Sudafed 3 times with severe sinus issues in this pregnancy, and this is my first:)

Thank you. You made me feel so much better with your reply. We will keep it a secret :-) daddy won`t know. Boy he is being more paranoid than me..don`t eat this, don`t bend this, don`t do this...enough to drive me insane at times :-)

The first time I went to my ob she gave me a list of safe meds to take when sick and pregnant. Regular Sudafed was on this list, so I think you are safe.
