If you are a meat eater, and you live near a ShopRite - check it out. They have on sale this week whole beef tenderloin for $2.00/lb with an additional $15 purchase. This is grass fed, free range beef!!
I bought a $17 tenderloin (which was a relatively small one), which I had the butcher cut into steaks for me. This $17 package of meat came to $10 with the discount, and then I had an additional "$2.00 off of meat" coupon from buying 2 bags of tortilla chips (Snyder's of Hanover was the brand in case anyone wants the coupon, it came off the bag). So I wound up paying $8 for 17 filet mignon steaks of grass fed, free range beef!!
I think I might go back later in the week and get another! I have a Foodsaver, so I plan on vacuum sealing them in meal size portions and freezing. Woo hoo....
Plus...I got a coupon for a free gallon of milk on my next trip, lol...
