dh offered to pick something up at the store yesterday afternoon but called to say he was not hungry enough to eat dinner so not buying anything at the store saved money. So I said there is food at the house I can make something simple for the girls and myself

I know I'd like to get some extra meat. But am holding off spending on any. Trying to be skimpy on the meat. Tonight we eat black bean soup with a little shredded colby jack cheese on top. Then fried tortilla chips I made earlier. No real good meat deals for me this week. Well not at the local grocery store.
