Any thoughts or comments? Do you agree with their findings?
What I'd really like to know is how DH read that article and came away with "everything is cheaper at the supermarket except bell peppers" (getting it ABSOLUTELY backward).
Colored bell peppers are one of the few pieces of produce we actually buy at Sam's because they're usually cheaper per pepper than at our Kroger (and sorry, Aldi's produce looks sad and pathetic most of the time). We love peppers and can easily eat six in a week, so it works :)
Price books are key, imho. That's the only real way to know if a price is the best!
