Do you have any ideas how much you spend monthly on snacks/desserts? I'm talking about things like chips, sodas, snack crackers (like Cheezits, Goldfish, etc.), store bought cookies, popcorn, ice cream, popsicles

Sure! I'm in.
We do have a birthday in June, so I'll spend slightly more on desserts and snacks than I would if we didn't.

This will be interesting. We also have 3 Birthday celebrations in June, plus a dance recital (which means the kids need snacks during practices) and Fathers Day.
I'll try and keep it low and maybe bake a few cakes.
Well this should be quite easy for me.
Well, as I'm out of work for the summer (school employee) and have to watch the budget closer, this should be (hopefully) pretty easy for us.

A friend from another board shared the link with me :)

The kids LOVE them. I make them with my own homemade jam but any jam/jelly would work. I crimp the edges with a fork. I also just kinda guess on sizes. I know the link says 2"x3" which to me is small.

Convenience food snacks are a much needed item in my house full of food allergies I know that it is a big expense but when we travel away from for any reason these are easy to pack up and take along

I would love to join this challenge (new to the board). I usually make most of my snacks from scratch to keep the budget down and to avoid preservatives and chemicals and such. But, I just had a baby 3 weeks ago, and I'm trying to go easy here and so I'm taking the help where I can get it these days! I also have a birthday in June, so that will add to it. Normally, I buy a box of cheerios for snacks, and possibly some crackers, but other than that I stick with homemade muffins, toast, fruit & milk for kid's snacks.
