When I absolutely have to mail a payment (no online method) and when my debit card daily limit won't let me or DH has the debit card. They usually convert to electronic anyway though.
I still write cheques, about 5-6 a month. Most of my bills are on autopay, but there are a few where I prefer to send or take in a cheque. Where I work we also still write cheques, very few things are on auto withdrawal. We also prefer that people pay us by cheque or cash as opposed to CC.

I voted for online payments.
We very rarely write checks and have not for many years.
Where I work we also still write cheques, very few things are on auto withdrawal. We also prefer that people pay us by cheque or cash as opposed to CC.
