Luckily for dd, the other aides are pretty nice. Even the rude one has calmed down some, lol. I think once they see how she is in the classroom and how she works w/the kids, things will improve w/their attitudes. Let's hope so anyway!
I gave dd my .02 from a managing viewpoint and I think she'll end up doing ok w/them. I know she isn't going to go in and change a bunch of stuff right off the bat. I told her that people are always resistant to change and just to take it slow and baby steps. Plus ask for their input. I've learned that those 2 things--slow change s littler
