I think I'd want his mood swings to stop. One moment he's happy and goofy, and the next he's serious and quiet or grouchy and hyper-critical of everything. I've been waiting 17 years for that to stop. lol :)
I wish he was better at making big decisions. He doesn't like to jump into things, which isn't necessarily bad, but then what happens is he just keeps putting it off and putting it off and not making a commitment, and then things never get done around here! I'm STILL without a new car!.....
Oh this is fun... If he would just do one load of laundry. We've been married for almost 6 years and I have yet to see him either put the clothes into the wash or dryer, much less fold a pair of underwear.
Oh well it's one of those chores that needs to get done. :)
i know i will sound fickle but... if he would just stop leaving his shoes everywhere he would be perfect! i mean, everywhere you look there is a pair of shoes. picking up his shoes is actually one of my daily chores.
I'd give him the energy he had when I married him--when he was 46 and in his prime. That way, he'd still have enough energy to do all the things I need around our home. As it is, after work (yes, he still works fulltime as a city mail carrier!), he's frequently just too tired and I leave him alone to rest.
My DH is a little impulsive.
I think I'll go with:
I would like it very much if he could be cured of his "tired tourette's."
When the man is sleeping and woken up (or very tired and trying to sleep) he develops an attitude of cursing.

The Husband is 73.
