What is a good Sugar substitute when making sugar cookies? And do I do the same measurement. I had some stuff names sweet n natural but after a while it left a bad taste in your mouth. Also do I use the same measurements, this stuff says to use 1/4 cup per for each recipe that says 1 cup

I haven't used any sugar sub's yet, but you can go on line to "Splenda.com" They have some good information & recipes. Of course they're advertising their stuff, but it is interesting. Enjoy. Marsha

Sometimes Splenda tastes too sweet to me and does leave an after taste. Other times it doesn't bother me. I have baked with Splenda and it has worked fine.
