What did you do with the leftover

I made cornish hens, so there wasn't much in the way of leftovers (part of the reason why I made them!). We did eat the rest of the meat the next night, with leftover mashed potatoes, some more corn, and my homemade cranberry sauce...then that was it for the leftovers (except for some cranberry sauce, yum).

I probably could have boiled the carcasses for broth, but I frankly didn't have the desire to do it this year...
