More on my electric pressure cooker....

I think I like it more than my crock pot!

Tonight I made a pot roast in just over an hour. It was really tender and really delicious.

I like that it doesn't heat up the kitchen, and after the cooking timer is over, it switches to keep warm.

I thought I'd like it more for winter, but for summer, I think I'm really liking it a lot!
