making you quiet? It's been raining all day here so far and is expected to get very heavy in the next couple of hours and last through tomorrow night.
Hope everyone is having a great day and is in total control.
Stay dry.......

So, I was correct last week when I told the California gal that they were sending it to us. I'm not complaining. My yard & plants (that are left after the fiasco with the guys who cut my grass and destroyed a bunch of plants) sure can use it. Only problem now is that I'll have to pull weeds and cut the grass before I get a citation for long ones! It rained fairly hard from 7AM until about 10AM. It's just been spitting off & on since then. Have a doctor's appt at 3PM. It looks fairly clear, but is kind of windy.
Stay dry!!

Well, it isn't raining here although it is not looking so great outside. How ever we did get some snow that has not yet melt and seems to be staying put for now. Hopefully some warm weather comes soon to melt it away, because that would only mean it would be above 32 degrees and how I would just love that. Besides it is so dreary when the weather is cold with being stuck indoors and my poor chihuahua shivers so badly when he has to outside to potty, which he hurries as fast as possible to get back inside. He out grew his sweaters that we got for him last fall and don't have the extra money at this time to get him another one, so the poor thing just has to bare with the cold for a while longer.
I am hanging in there the best that I can with trying not to worry about Clint not having a job, but it is so hard not to think of the what if's even though I know he will find a job as soon as he can since he has never let the family down in that area. It is just the sit and wait game now to see when and if unemployment kicks in, which I have to say has been not so fun with having to do it online now with the office here only having computers in the office for those who don't have a computer to fill out the needed information to collect unemployment. I was so shocked by that and they also no longer have job listings on a board, but have them listed on line so that you can fill out an application if interested. To me this just seems not a great way of doing it especially with having to fill out at least 5 applications a week, so how the heck will they know if you did or didn't. Oh, the changes that take place with out us even knowing about
Hey Denise! An idea for your little Chihuahua. Do you have any of Maxwell's onesies or t-shirts from when he was a newborn? We get goofy here sometimes and play baby with our MinPin and put one of Lily's on him! Of course you wouldn't want to snap a onesie for him to go to the bathroom...but it makes for a cute picture when it's snapped!
I am still losing the weight, and am starting to see some muscle definition in my arms and legs. You could do your own "Walk away the Pounds" workout without having the tapes for now. All it is is walking in place, slow at first for a minute then pick up the speed as you progress in the workout, then side steps back and forth, walking in place again, knee lifts, more walking in place, kicks forward, more walking, then kick backs (put your weight on your right foot while kicking your left foot up towards your butt, then do the other side, keep switching!) then more walking and while you're walking in place for the last couple of minutes you use the stretchie. Keep it in front of you and stretch your arms out wide, keeping resistance as you bring it it, then back out again. Now put the stretchie around your waist from the back and holding your hands at your hips, take hold and pull straight out and slowly back in. Take the stretchie back to the front and open and close your arms, then take it to the back and this time stretch your arms out straight and then open them wide and slowly close them. All of the stretchie exercises are 10 reps each, and when you do the side steps, knee lifts, kick backs and kicks, they're 15 reps each.
