i dont know that i have diabetes, but ive been having a lot of trouble with my legs lately. (im 23 yrs old btw) i get enough exercise, im a college student and i walk a good bit around campus. it started a few months ago and this problem has progressively gotten worse. it's like my legs (esp my calves) feel numb all the time. i have trouble walking even a really short distance. it's become difficult to walk... my legs just feel like lead and they feel numb. i know its not normal. most people my age dont have any trouble walking. i dont want to sound like a hypochondriac, but i was wondering if any of you here have heard of such a thing and if so what could possibly be causing this? it's become a problem that i really can't ignore anymore. i went to a doctor and he seemed like he didnt believe me or thought it was all in my head. im sorry this is so long but if anyone has any advice i would really appreciate it. i dont have insurance so its hard for me to go to a dr.
thanks
