Hi KerriChris,
Welcome to the board. You aren't quite ready to join our sisterhood, fortunately. Your readings are in the area called pre-diabetes. With exercise and weight loss and diet management it is possible for you to never become diabetic. The diagnosis of diabetes is two fasting blood sugars above 126 or a random blood sugar above 200 or an A1C 6 or above.
Were you able to get back to your pre-pregnancy weight? If not, get that body moving and watch what you are eating and hopefully it will be a long time before you become diabetic. The standard of exercise for diabetics is now four hours per week. That can be just walking or something more strenuous if you like.
Please continue to post any questions or comments.
Cheers,
Mary Frances
