With hypoglycemia after a while do you get more sensitive with things that can turn into sugar? The other day I had some tea and I guess my mom forgot and she put 1 tsp of regular sugar instead of splenda. Wham within 30 mins I thought I was going to pass out I check my levels 42!!

Before I found out I would always drink Chi tea and I think that has 30g of sugar and nothing, even days before I found out I had hypoglycemia I was still drinking it and some times 3 cups a day. I still had the headaches and very rare the hand shakes but it was not always on the days I drank the tea. Can it in fact get worse over time because if so from 2 months ago to now that change has been Hugh? I have noticed even after 1 very small slice of pizza I go super high and than low, its hard because at times my husband friends will bring there kids over to play with mine and of course the guys order pizza. Most times I eat a salad but every once in a while I will eat a kids size slice. I even check my levels first to make sure im not high or low before Hindi at the point where I don’t want any thing that could possible turn into a small amount of sugar.Im starting to think this really suck’s is there any meds the doctor can give to help me control it a little, and I don’t mean so that I can eat anything.Im tired of these high and lows. Most days im eating 100% good but I still will have crashes or high, gosh im so frustrated I just needed to vent! And is getting really tired of these 180’s im supposed to have low sugar but the high’s are starting to even get higher.Im seeing the doc on the 10th and im going in armed!

The list is a great idea, heck its going to look like a kids christmas list as it will be so long LOL!

The getting it under control is the harder part i can deal with not having all the good stuff i used to but when i have been 100% good and the levels go crazy that when im at my wits end.
