  • frozen grapes

  • Pink Grapefruit Crystal Light (you can also make popsicles out of it!)

  • watermelon popsicles (use a cookie cutter to cut out shapes and insert a popsickle stick and then freeze..mmmmm)

Something a little out of the ordinary - iced green tea.

Thank you so very much Angie for the ideas. I shall have to try out the watermelon one since I so love it very much and besides when your just about the only one who eats it in the house it does help to have ideas on different things you can do with it. Take care and do have a super great day!

Thank you so very much Gabby for the ideas. I do love green tea, but have never had it chilled before and should be great having it that way. Jello does sound pretty tempting so I might have to get me some for those times when I want a little something to nibble on. Take care and do have a very wonderful day!

Something I like to keep in my freezer... Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom Citrus Lites. They're popsicles that come in three flavors: orange, lemon, and grapefruit-tangerine. 20 calories, 5 grams carbs - 1 gram sugars, 0 fat, 0 protein. When I really want something sweet, they're great. And they actually make me feel full for awhile. Also, they all have vitamin c, ranging from 60% to 210% rdv.

Thank you so much Gina for sharing that with me. It really does sound like something great for a snack especially when it is so very hot outside. I shall see if I can find that here. Take care and do have a super fantastic weekend!
