Bringing Down High Sugar Levels?

I wondered if there is anyway to bring down your glucose level when it gets too high? Exercise, etc? Thanks.

Here is a link to a great site and the page on high blood glucose.
What ever you do don't excercise with high blood sugar since the stress on the body can cause your blood sugar to go up even higher. I was told the best way to bring down high blood sugar is to relax and drink plenty of water since stressing over a high blood sugar only raises while the water cleans out your body by flushing it out. Also continue with your normal routine as if your blood sugar was not high. Make sure to check it every 30 minutes to see if it is coming down that way when it does eventually come down it doesn't go low on you.
Hope this helps you out some. I have done all of the above and it seems to help me, but I also take insulin for my diabetes. Take care and have a great day!
