Hey well my numbers range from 100 - 130 normal.. for my blood sugar.. I hadnt checked in like three times a day because I only have about 3 days left to test.. and so I decided to use those if I am feeling bad and I need to find out why I am feeling bad. but I am going back to testing I think 3 times a day because I should get some more strips in by Thursday.. and I can continue testing like the doctor wants me too.

Tonight I had some friends over well my two best friends.. and one of them was like you kill me with this diabetic stuff.. she came across like I am over reacting to this or something or that I am taking this way to serious..they sat here and ate chips and dip and candy all night.. a couple of times it got to me but I didnt give into that food at all.. because I dont wont to take any chances ..I told her at one point tonight you know I wish that I would go to the doctor and they would say you dont have a problem your okay and give them back the monitor tester.. I wish more than anything they would say you can go back to living the way you were living and not have to worry about this anymore.. I sure hope this happens.. Its my dream to be undiagnosed as a diabetic.. at times I feel that I am overreacting to this.. I start thinking maybe I dont have this.. I mean my number was only 6.3.. my sugar only runs from 100-130 .. one night it reached. 139 and one night 150 big wow.. but then again I am glad they dont get high.. because I dont wont to EVER BE IN AN EMERGENCY STATE.. One thing I have found interesting.. is this okay..

Okay if we have high sugar.. and that is why we are a diabetic then how come so many diabetics go down sometimes in numbers into a hypogloc .. what ever state.. where the numbers are low.. I dont get this .. I have been doing good on not eating junk but eatiing foods that are healthy.. I still feel I have to take naps alot.. I just get or stay tired alot.. is fatigue one of the signs of a diabetic.. as well.and I know that the heat I know for me is really draining.. I try to stay out of the heat as much as possible.. bye for now Melody

So sorry to hear that your friends don't understand about the disease, but many people do not unless they have a family member with it. Now as to your questions. Many diabetics take medications, which can at times cause the hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) reaction to occur. Also have to factor in other things such as heat, activity, and eating. Now I know that getting tired can also be a sign of high or low blood sugars so if I were you check your blood sugar when you start too feel tired to the poing of needing a nap to see if that might be the cause. I know that blood sugar is the only cause for becoming tired so in a way it can be a sign of diabetes for some. So many things effect blood sugars, but each person has their own things that can effect it with just
