are suppose to eat something, but find yourself not hungry at all only to force something down that might just come back up?

Hi Duhlila,
What you are doing is quite dangerous. Allergy to peanuts is quite serious and can lead to stopping breathing. So please don't eat them. Have you been allergy tested? With an allergy to peanuts you really should have an epi pen. You need to talk to your physician about this.

Thankyou, for telling me. I didn't know it was dangerous. I sometimes take a spoonful of peanut butter when I am having trouble falling asleep because it knocks me out for 15 minutes. I have had wheezing and breathing problems.
Unfortunely I smoke 3 packs of cigarettes a day which doesn't help the allergies. My regular doctor gave me an albuteral inhaler and I'm supposed to take Advair inhalation powder twice a day. She also said she was going to make me carry around an oxygen tank for a day to see what it was like. So she is after me to try to quit smoking.
I haven't been taking the inhalation powder like I should. I can only seem to work on one health problem at a time. Thankyou for your concern, you have convinced me to take my inhalation powder every day, I PROMISE.
What is an epi pen?
An EpiPen is a pre-loaded epinepherine delivery device that will give you a prescribed amount of medication to alleviate the anaphalaxis (closing of the throat due to allergies) and other allergic symptoms
