Hey Kathi! Dang that Avon lady....that bracelet set was a bright spot in your day and she had to go and cloud it up. Is she able to get you a set still?

No word from the Avon "lady". I think they just forgot me. Saw some bracelets at Walmart tonight that might have worked, but the chains were no improvement on what I already have. I'm giving up.

Thanks for the cheerup. I'll be back soon.

Don't give up! Are you looking for a sterling bracelet? I saw a bracelet in a store that was nothing but sterling daisy spacers. It was a really neat look and those spacers are so cheap in the stores, and even cheaper from an online auction. You could easily make one, or send them to me and I'll make it for you. (pro bono) I have wire, clasps and crimp beads. I want you to have a pretty bracelet.

I couldn't ask you to do that! I sure appreciate the thought, though.

You didn't ask...I volunteered! Keep it in mind, because I'd gladly do it for you.

I love the lady in the bathtub with the bubbles!

I still have my toilet in the second bathroom in my tub from when the ceramic tile was installed. Don't have the money to have a plumber come do replace it and install three faucets that are seriously in need of replacement.

I'll keep your offer in mind. You're so sweet to offer...

Thanks for the compliment on my siggie! I love it - Michelle from the Signature Showcase board on Parent Soup made it for me..it was perfect! Hope you get your toilet out of the tub soon and your faucets fixed too. My parent's live in a historic old house and the plumbing and fixtures are all antique so it's hard for them to find someone to do work and keep or use the antique pieces. Good luck!

My commode and bathtub aren't antiques.

I had my tile replaced with ceramic and just haven't had the money to have them replace the toilet. (blush)

My house is 30 years old-hardly a historic site!
