Mine is just low testosterone...I was tested. Normal for women is 30-80...something like that. Mine was 7. Ask your dr to do the blood work.

It's been a really long time since I discussed this with a doc, but from what I remember, it does affect sex drive, in both men and women.

Yeppers...diabetes and medications for it do impact a person's sex drive whether male or female. There's some info on this in the latest "Diabetes Forecast" if you'd like to read a bit about it.

I surely would discuss it with your endocrinologist or CDE.

Blood sugars do effect sex drive as it does effect hormones as well. If your blood sugars are all over the place you more likely to have no sex drive at all, but if in good control you are looking at a hormone problem causing the sex drive. Also remember in different stages of age some experience periods of low sex drive, but it does peak back up with time since it is considered a stage some go through. I really suggest you discuss this with either your Endocrinologist or an ob/gyn who can be of more

I would think it would, but who knows. It's probably in very fine print (hee hee). At any rate, discuss it with your treating physician.
