which is worse for you?
ya know like the break down of each intor your blood stream or sugar stream....
sometimes i want one or the other... and i know i don't need a lot of either... but i was wondering for like an order of fries from wendys or a med coke ....
i understand that the coke has NO nutritional value... that's not my question..
im talking blood sugar here...
anybody know?

First off you need to look at the total number of grams of carbs in whatever you are eating.
In my experience, the Coke would hit my bloodstream faster (in as little as 15 minutes after drinking it) and make my blood sugar go up faster than the fries. So, you may experience a huge bump up in blood sugar and a rapid drop. The french fries have fat and will likely stay in your system longer. You may experience an increase in blood sugar an hour or 2 after eating because of the fat. So, the amount of carbs is an important consideration, but you also need to consider how your body reacts to the food.

The coke will raise your blood sugar very quickly as the fries will take longer to do that. In general coke has lots of sugar in it and is not at all
