Hello I 'am new here and finally have my sugar under control. But My cholestro is sky high so that means my 2 eggs every morning need to stop. What else can I eat? This morning I think I will have a apple. What does everyone else eat that is diabetic friendly.

Thank you

I like to have low carb bread, toasted with peanut butter.

Sometimes I have low carb yogurt (BlueBunny from Walmart) and

an apple.

Haven't done it for a while, but a small bowl of Cheerios with half a box of raisins and some milk works for me.

I enjoy Kelloggs Cracklin Oatbran cereal, it is crunchy and tastes like granola. I also have a banana and 1% milk for my three carbs (45 grams). After reading the posts I'll have to search out the bagels and cream cheese, it does sound delicious.
