Seriously, I get this whole walking thing and I'm even starting to enjoy it.

BUT, how do you walk when the cold weather comes?  It even gets pretty chilly here in TN.  And I hope to live in Atlanta come winter, but it gets nippy there, too.  Where do you walk?  Do you just bundle  up?  I don't wanna be a mall walker, help me!!!

Bundling up is exactly what I did.

I guess I might just have to go the bundle-up route.

Some gyms have a running or walking course for those who prefer to do it all in doors. So you might check some of your local area gyms out to see if they have this, which I know has become a really big hit with lots of people since you get to stay cool or warm while doing it. If it is not super cold and you want to do your walking outside try just bundling up warmly and walking to see how that goes, because most do stay warm while walking since you have your blood flowing faster due to your heart rate being higher. Just some suggestions, but of course you will do what works best for you since you know what you are up to doing. Take care and do have a great day!
