Pink, Blue and then theres splenda

Just wondering if anyone tell the difference when drinking tea or anything with different things. I mean I drink tea with splenda. I have been for 1 year now. when I go out to eat I order unsweetened tea. they have the pink packets and the blue. I use 2 in my drink and man its awfull. but what I am getting at is I can FEEL the difference. Its like the pink or blue packets are pure sugar to me. I have the sweats and racing heartbeat. I start to not feel good. Its the feeling of a sugar low. I can't understand why that is if its not suppose to be sugar.

Can anyone tell me why that happens?

To me I feel so much better with the splenda. I am a sugar junkie. I was a year ago. I can still have my tea and drink my coffee ( all is not lost )  I also think in my case it was a mindset of being hypo. I was so scared and upset it just made me sick. Now I don't let it bother me. Tea and coffee ( sugar) was my triggers and worst enemys cause I would wake up with coffee and drink about 3 pots a day. I can still do that. only with splenda tho. I can drink my tea With splenda and be a happy camper. I can't remember me having a sugar low in so long. I put me having hypo in the back of my mind and donot let it rule me. Now I am happy. But when I go out and use the pink or blue packets its kinda worrying me. I may start getting my splenda packets and carry with me

On a side note. I went to talladega and I did NOT pass out this time. I carryed food and drinks with me. and I was being a very good girl. I ate every 30 mins. *grin* crackers, bananas, chips, tea I did it. I concered my fear. *grin* I am happy.

I can't tell any difference (except taste, of course..) But I think carrrying some packets of the Splenda with you is a great idea.

Please tune in later for a new signature. :)
