This makes me laugh!! While makeover might be nice, I never willingly have pictures taken!! Even for a makeover that included a free wardrobe would not be enough to tempt me!! While in one way I can understand this kind of thing, there are times it just seems like there are just too many makeovers which involve appearing on television, reality shows, etc in this day and age.
Am I really the only one that thinks this has become way too public an arena? Do we really need to know all the steps leading up to makeovers. Maybe this will be more short & sweet showing just the start and end, but so often it almost seems an invasion of people's privacy. I do sometimes wonder how the people feel a couple years down the road from one of these reality shows or makeovers.

I agree with you Auntydoxzz; I wonder how the 'made-over' feel when the program is replayed 6 or so months later.

My fear of having a makeover or those reality show stuff is will all those makeovers continue or will the people revert to what they are comfortable with? Every once in a while some tabloid comes up with remember when stuff, and although they tend to focus on stars and celebs i can just see them doing the reality show and makeover people too.
i never really liked my pictures to start with, so even if they made me look really different I dont think i would like it. i confess the ONLY pics i have had taken willingly especially in the last few years are some very precious ones taken of my sister's sweetest or almost sweetest doxie she has had. we knew he was almost gone, at 15 1/2 years old. I never really got many good ones of my angel Twinkie, and so with Zeke I wanted to make sure i did. it was weird, sister was going to try to keep him going until her hubby the trucker got in on the weekend. i returned to my home on monday so we took a bunch of pictures before I left. I had about 5 brand new sets of AA batteries, and we wer only able to take about 4 pics on each set. I was sure my digital camera was breaking down. i took pictures of sister and Zeke and she took pics of me and Zeke. That was the weekend he didnt even want a raspberry. The last month or so he hadnt wanted his seizure meds all the time but if we put the pheno in the raspberry he would grab it. I noticed his back end was really not very warm and that had creeped forward over the weekend. I did tell sister I was not sure he would last till the weekend. He passed in his sleep that nite. Ironically just like the othe sweetest doxy. Zeke and Gretel were both standard reds and had the sweetest temperaments of any doxie I have ever seen. Both went in their sleep althought Gretel was 17 before she passed. Sadly when she lost Zelda who was really my Grandog, being my Twinkies baby, even though they did not recognise each other. I did go back and hug Zelda when I was there for the 4th of July but said I would be back in 2 weeks for the dog show, but she had kidney problems and didnt last. I had wanted to get pics of her too, but didnt.
The reason I mentioned the camera batteries dying so quickly is the very next time I used the camera it worked fine, and the very same batteries had plenty of power. I believe it was a message that Zeke was really ready to leave!
