I'll have to add an 'Activity' column to my spreadsheet and see what happens. I already know that my best results were when I had something like cheese and whole grain crackers mid-evening (not right before bed but not right after or with dinner). Thanks for the tips - now I'll go ahead and try a week of exercising and specifically checking my bs first thing in the a.m. and see what kind of correlation I get (I actually use the charting functions on Excel so I can plug in the numbers and watch the little line graph go up and down - makes it easy to see at a glance what works and what goes too high or too low).

Interesting. I don't know how to do that and it would provide a lot of answers. I guess I will if I can figure this out!
I think the subject of how to graph our progress has come up before.

Hi 2sweet02,
This graphing sounds really interesting. Do you have the web sites? I typed in www.roche.com and www.bayer.com but couldn't find anything about graphs and charts. Or....any way you can send a blank sheet for the excel so to speak that we could see? I am really fed up with the paper so it would be neat to be able to input info into the computer and then print out a sheet to take to the doctor. Any other help you have would be appreciated.

If you've got excel, you can pop your numbers into a series of cells (boxes) Then select all the cells and hit the icon for Chart Wizard and it walks you through the whole thing. You can even select a series of cells that are currently empty - for instance, I might select a series of cells that will contain Sun-Fri numbers but on Monday morning I have only Sunday's filled in. It will work, and the chart will change as the numbers get plugged in.
