For mattrita2007 and all who do not have special software, your site location is probably printed on the Owner's Manual for your test kit. The Roche site is www.accu-chek.com, and the Abbott site is www.MediSense.com I was thinking my other meter was a Bayer, but they probably have a site too. I think you will find anything that you need to make a good record of your progress without having to have extra software. I do not have anything but Microsoft Windows XP, with Work, and Word.
If all else fails for finding the website that you need, call the toll-free telephone number and ask. Both of the sites that I have used are quite simple, after one gets the 'hang' of it. Do not be afraid of clicking on the drop-down menus at the top of the page to make choices that suit your needs on your site. I guess that would be called the toolbar of the site.
Come back and tell us how you were able to manage your site. Good luck!

Thanks, Rita
I am very computer illiterate, and if I am using a template, I do not know about it.
